Dr. Wilson

Dr. Wilson was born in Ellwood City, PA and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1977. While in school she was active in the choir and was on the varsity gymnastics and track teams.
She attended Indiana University of PA, majoring in Medical Technology. She was on the varsity gymnastics team for two years, lettering in that sport. Dr. Wilson graduated from IUP in 1981 Magna Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology.
Dr. Wilson worked for three years at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in the Department of Immunopathology. After two years, Dr. Wilson decided to pursue her career in medicine and decided podiatry after spending time with a podiatrist from her hometown.
She decided to attend Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1988. She did a two-year surgical residency at Central Community Hospital in Chicago, finishing in 1990.
Dr. Wilson returned to PA and joined Fayette Podiatry Associates in October 1990. She is Board Certified in Podiatric Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and a member of the PA and American Podiatric Medical Associations, and the American Diabetes Association. She is on staff at Uniontown Hospital where she does surgery and sees patients admitted to the hospital.
Dr. Wilson lives in Hopwood with her husband Dr. Richard Pish and their two children, Stephanie and Richie. She enjoys gardening, golf, reading and travel.
